Fees and Cancellations:

Fees are inclusive of the tutors’ pay and agency commission. Our rates are based upon a tutor's experience, their qualifications and the challenge/location of the placement, travel expenses will be incorporated into the bespoke quote we provide.

Cancellations for hourly tuition with less than 10 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. 

We guarantee to offer you another slot if we have to cancel your appointment, you will not be charged for sessions cancelled by us.

Data Storage:

We store email details in our database for all communications and invoicing requirements. This data will never be shared with third parties.

Tutors:

All of our tutors are highly qualified in their subject area and have a track record of success. The majority of our tutors are either degree educated and / or experienced inside a formal classroom setting.

Our Commitment:

We build bespoke personalised tuition strategies to help you achieve your goals whilst we provide support throughout the tutoring placement, aiding successful outcomes. We cannot, however, guarantee any specific results besides a promise that our service will be exemplary.
